If you wish to delete your account and personal data from KOHME apps (Rider, Partner, Client), please follow the steps below:
- Send an email from your registered address to: [email protected]
- Subject line: Request: Delete Account
- Include: Full name, phone number, the app you use (e.g. KOHME Rider), and confirmation that you want to delete your account.
⏳ Processing & Verification
- For security reasons, we may ask for additional identity verification.
- We reply within 7 days, and complete deletion within 30 days (except data that must be retained under law).
